Welcome Alfie to Team DBS

We are happy to officially announce that Alfie Madden has joined the team as Digital Marketing Assistant.

Alfie joined last month and is already an asset to DBS, helping the rest of the team in all aspects of digital marketing and web design in addition to his college studies.

Before DBS, Alfie worked part time in an auction house, catering and in a jewellery shop. He also had work experience at a digital marketing agency where his passion for digital marketing started.

The main area of digital marketing that Alfie is interested in is PPC and he wants this to be his specialist area, alongside SEO. The power of digital marketing became an interest when he started selling comics, vinyl and watches on Facebook. This encouraged creative thinking around how he could increase sales and create a trusted seller’s profile. Whilst Alfie liked the idea of a career in gardening or catering, work experience at a different digital marketing agency solidified his career choice as he knew that marketing was something he would thoroughly enjoy. Luckily for DBS, his previous work experience gave Alfie an interest in how digital marketers successfully build a company’s brand and reputation and it gave him the motivation to approach DBS. We’ve certainly been impressed by his work so far and we’re glad to have Alfie on board as an apprentice.

Outside of work Alfie loves going to auctions (he loves to get a bargain), playing games and spending quality time with his friends.

A big welcome to the DBS team Alfie!
