DBS director David Clarke was a guest speaker at the "Interns & Innovation" event held at the Lincoln University Think Tank on Thursday, March 8th.David spoke about the positive impact that the University of Lincoln and Santander internship programmes have had on DBS.His talk covered how difficult it can often be to recruit someone that "out of the box" can hit the ground running. The internship schemes have allowed DBS to find core value driven people that "fit" the organisation and then train them up.
